Common questions
The questions that come up most before an engagement starts, answered plainly.
Do we need to know our ICP before we start?
No. Defining it is part of the strategy work. If you already have a clear picture we sharpen it, and if not we build it from your best clients, your offer and the audit data.
Who writes the content and the outreach copy?
Our team. Software handles templates, schema and sending, and AI prepares first drafts, while people write, edit and approve every page and every sequence, in language specific to your sector.
Will outreach damage our brand or email reputation?
Cold email never runs from your main domain. It runs from separate warmed sending domains at conservative volumes, warm contacts are approached first with context, and a person reviews every reply.
Can we keep our existing CRM?
Yes. We sync with whatever CRM you already use, at no extra cost, so you can run both side by side or migrate when you are ready. The loop works best with one record per person in DeliHub, which is a fully finished product, free forever for two seats, with Pro included at no extra cost with any managed service. Try it alongside your current CRM, and move your data across if you like it.
How is this different from buying the tools ourselves?
You get the tools and a team running them to a strategy. Software on its own still needs someone to steer it, keep the data fresh and write copy that fits your sector, and that work lands on you.
How do you measure whether it is working?
AI visibility is re-tested with the same buyer questions over time. Search Console and GA4 track impressions, clicks, AI referral traffic and conversions, and DeliHub shows identified visitors, scores, replies and booked meetings.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
Monthly billing has no long-term commitment. Quarterly and annual billing are paid up front and save 20% and 40%. We recommend six months, but it is not required.
What do you need from us to get started?
The onboarding form: your ICP and offers, proof you can share, access to your site and analytics, and your goals. Anything else we cover on the onboarding call.
How long until we are live, and when do meetings start?
Outbound is live in about one week. New sending domains then warm up for four to six weeks, and first outbound meetings typically arrive in weeks four to six. Inbound and AEO movement typically starts from about month 2 and builds from there, and no outcome is guaranteed.
Do you guarantee results?
We do not guarantee a result number. What we do guarantee is the work: a human approves every message before it sends, copy and design are redone at no extra cost if they miss the agreed standard, you get a named senior owner, a weekly report and a review call, and if setup is not live in about a week we say so and tell you why. Results depend on your market, your offer and what a customer is worth to you. On the discovery call we tell you plainly what we would expect, and we say so if a channel is not the right fit.
Is identifying website visitors allowed?
The rules differ by market, particularly the UK, the EU and California. Identification is configured with each client around the consent requirements of the markets they sell into before it goes live, and it identifies people only where the law and the visitor’s consent allow. This is not legal advice.
What is the difference between SEO and AEO?
SEO earns visits from ranked search results by making pages technically sound, relevant and well linked. AEO makes sure AI assistants name you inside the answer itself. SEO is the foundation, because answer engines read the same crawlable pages that search engines do.
