How it works

How we work a named account

Signal-based outbound means reaching an account because something just happened that makes your offer relevant, instead of working a cold list in bulk. Account based marketing applies that to a list you chose.

  1. 1

Agree the ICP and the named accounts

An ICP workshop of about an hour turns what you know about your best clients into a profile. We build the named-account list with you, and you approve it before anything is written.

  2. 2

    Tier the accounts

Not every account earns the same effort. Tiering decides how much research, how much tailoring and how many touches each one gets.

  3. 3

    Watch for signals

Signals decide timing. An account is approached when something has just happened, not on a fixed calendar.

  4. 4

    Work the account across channels

Email, LinkedIn and calls are coordinated, so one account is not hit with duplicate or conflicting touches. Human writers write each sequence and a person approves it before it sends.

  5. 5

    Qualify, book and track

Replies are checked against your ICP, timing, budget and role before a meeting is booked. Each account has one record in DeliHub, so you see the full history.

AI does the research and the heavy lifting at scale. The strategy, the copy and the judgement come from people. The whole system is set out on our B2B lead generation services page, and the how managed outbound works page walks through each stage.

Tiering

Not every account gets the same effort

Tiers decide where the time goes. An account can move up a tier when a signal shows that now is the moment.

Three tiers

Effort follows fit

  • Tier 1Closest fitDeepest research, most tailoring

The accounts you most want to win. They get the deepest research, the most tailored approach and the fullest coordination across channels.

  • Tier 2Strong fitSegment-level tailoring

Good accounts that share a common angle. Messaging is tailored to the segment and the signal, with less account-by-account writing.

  • Tier 3Worth watchingLighter touch, watched for signals

Plausible accounts that are not yet a priority. A lighter touch, and a move up the tiers when a signal shows the moment has arrived.

Timing

Signals decide when an account is approached

Three layers feed the decision. Human writers write every sequence, and a human approves it before it sends.

  • 1First-party signalsYour website

DeliChat identifies the company behind a website visit and, where the law and the visitor’s consent allow, the person. It scores intent from page views, return visits and replies. Identification depends on the visitor’s jurisdiction and consent.

  • 2Trigger signalsCompany triggers

Our research pulls company signals such as role changes, funding rounds, hiring and other recent triggers before a sequence is written.

  • 3Engagement signalsReplies and clicks

Opens, clicks and replies feed the same score. Replies are qualified against your ICP, timing, budget and role before a meeting is booked.

The signals feed one view of the account

Approach nowKeep watching

A person approves every sequence before it sends.

We make no claim about a reply or meeting uplift from signals. What they change is relevance and timing: fewer irrelevant touches, and a message that explains why you are getting in touch now. Each account has one record in DeliHub, so the signals and the history sit in one place.

Full Hybrid

A target account that hears from you will often check you out before replying. On the Full Hybrid lane we pair outbound with an AEO, GEO and SEO programme, so AI assistants and Google name you when that research happens. We make no claim about a specific uplift from the pairing. Read more about the inbound side on our AEO and GEO services page.

Accounts first, or leads first

How this differs from B2B lead generation

Both run on the same managed outbound, so the price is the same. The difference is where you start.

Account based marketing

Starting point
A named list of accounts you want to win.
Unit of work
The account, with several people reached in a coordinated way.
Effort
Concentrated on fewer accounts, with tiers deciding how much.
Best when
You can name the companies you want and each is worth a lot.

Lead generation

Starting point
A profile of who could buy, and the leads that match it.
Unit of work
The lead, reached as an individual contact.
Effort
Spread across a wider addressable set, timed by signals.
Best when
The market is broad and you want a steady flow of conversations.

The leads-first version is on the B2B lead generation services page, and the meeting-focused view is on appointment setting services. If you are weighing a hire, see the outsourced SDR comparison.

Measurement

What we measure, and what we do not promise

Results depend on your market, your offer and what a customer is worth to you. We report what we can support and quote no benchmarks.

1Outcome

Meetings with target accounts

The clearest result: qualified meetings booked with accounts on your named list.

2Early progress

Accounts engaged

Which named accounts are replying, visiting your site or moving up a tier, so you can see progress before a meeting lands.

3The link to revenue

Pipeline touched

The deals in your pipeline that sit in accounts we have been working, tracked with you in the weekly review.

Scope

What this ABM agency does, and does not do

Account based marketing often means ad platforms. Ours does not, and we would rather say so up front.

What we do

  • Choosing target accounts and building the named list with you
  • Tiering and signal research
  • Multi-channel outbound across email, LinkedIn and calls
  • Reply handling, qualification and meeting booking
  • On the Full Hybrid lane, AEO, GEO and SEO so AI assistants and Google name you
  • One record per prospect in DeliHub

What we do not do

  • Paid advertising or ad retargeting
  • ABM advertising platforms
  • Third-party intent-data subscriptions
  • Guaranteed meetings or pipeline

Pricing

Two lanes, one price list

There is no separate account based marketing price. Choose Outbound, or Full Hybrid to add the inbound side. Monthly billing has no long-term commitment.

Outbound

$2,500 a month

Quarterly $6,000 or annual $18,000, paid up front.

Full Hybrid

$5,000 a month

Everything in Outbound, plus the AEO, GEO and SEO programme so the account finds you credible when it looks, run from one record per prospect.

Quarterly $12,000 or annual $36,000, paid up front.

Full detail is on the pricing page. Live in about one week, with first meetings typically in weeks four to six.

Who it is for

When ABM is a good fit, and when it is not

It suits B2B companies that can name the accounts they want and where one new customer, or a few repeat orders, pays back the service.

A good fit

  • A B2B business with a clear picture of the accounts it wants
  • One new customer, or a few repeat orders, pays for the month
  • A sales team able to take and run the meetings
  • Several people on each account who influence the decision

Browse the industries we work with:

Not the right fit

  • A very small number of possible buyers, where a founder-led or direct approach works better
  • A customer worth too little to repay the cost of winning one
  • Paid advertising or ABM ad platforms as the main need
  • Consumer (B2C) products

If account based marketing is not right for you, we say so on the first call.

Common questions

Account based marketing services, answered

What are account based marketing services?+
Account based marketing services start from a named list of target accounts, not a broad pool of leads. At Deligatr that means building the list with you, tiering it, using signals to decide when to approach each account, and working it with coordinated outreach across email, LinkedIn and calls. On the Full Hybrid lane, AEO and GEO work makes sure the account also finds you credible when it looks.
Do you run paid advertising or ABM ad platforms?+
No. We do not run paid advertising, ad retargeting or ABM advertising platforms, and we do not resell third-party intent-data subscriptions. We do account selection, signal research, multi-channel outbound and, on Full Hybrid, inbound visibility. If paid ABM is what you need, we will tell you that on the first call.
How is this different from B2B lead generation?+
Account based marketing starts with accounts: you name the companies you want and we concentrate effort on them. Lead generation starts with leads: a profile of who could buy and the contacts that match it. Both run on the same managed outbound, which is why the price is the same.
How do you choose and tier the target accounts?+
We build the ICP and the named-account list with you in an ICP workshop of about an hour, and you approve the list. Accounts are then tiered by fit and value, and the tier decides how much research, tailoring and coordination each one gets. Accounts can move up a tier when a signal shows the moment has arrived.
What are signals, and how do they decide timing?+
Signals are reasons to reach an account now. There are three layers: first-party signals from your website visitors through DeliChat, trigger signals such as role changes, funding and hiring from our research, and engagement signals from opens, clicks and replies. We make no claim of a specific reply or meeting uplift. What signals change is relevance and timing, with fewer irrelevant touches.
Which channels do you use on a named account?+
Email, LinkedIn and calls, coordinated so an account is not hit with duplicate touches. Human writers write every sequence and a person approves it before anything sends. Calls are used where they fit, and are covered on our cold calling services page.
How does AEO and inbound fit with account based marketing?+
On the Full Hybrid lane we pair outbound with an AEO, GEO and SEO programme. In 6sense’s research (nearly 4,000 buyers), 95% bought from their Day One shortlist and buyers initiated contact 79% of the time, so being named when a target account researches matters as much as reaching it. We do not claim a specific uplift from the pairing.
How do you measure it?+
In terms we can support: meetings booked with target accounts, which named accounts are engaged, and pipeline touched. We review them with you each week. We do not quote benchmark figures, because results depend on your market, your offer and what a customer is worth to you.
How much do account based marketing services cost, and how long until meetings?+
Outbound is $2,500 a month and Full Hybrid is $5,000 a month on monthly billing, with no long-term commitment. Quarterly and annual billing are paid up front and cost less. You are live in about one week, new sending domains warm up for four to six weeks, and first meetings typically arrive in weeks four to six. Full detail is on the pricing page.
When is account based marketing not a fit, and do you guarantee results?+
We do not guarantee a number of meetings or pipeline. What we do guarantee is the work: a human approves every message before it sends, copy and design are redone at no extra cost if they miss the agreed standard, you get a named senior owner, a weekly report and a review call, and if setup is not live in about a week we say so and tell you why. It is a weaker fit if only a very small number of companies could ever buy from you, where a founder-led or direct approach is usually better, or if a customer is worth too little to repay the cost of winning one. On the discovery call we tell you plainly what we would expect in your market, and we will say so if outbound is not the right fit.
