B2B lead generation services, run on buying signals.
Human strategy plus AI scale. We reach the right accounts when something has just happened that makes your offer relevant, across calls, email and LinkedIn. You attend the meetings. We do the rest.
A whole outbound team, without building one.
Deligatr finds businesses that could buy from you, reaches them at the right moment and puts qualified meetings in your calendar. You do not buy tools, warm inboxes, write sequences or read replies. A team of people who do this every day runs it, with AI doing the research and the scale.
You may know it as managed outbound, done-for-you outbound or an outsourced SDR. It is one service at one published price.
- Account selection from your ideal customer profile
- Signals researched and scored before each sequence is written
- Dedicated sending domains, authenticated and warmed
- Sequences written and approved by people
- Calls, email and LinkedIn in one coordinated sequence
- Replies handled and qualified, meetings booked to your calendar

What it is
Outbound lead generation is contacting businesses that fit your ideal customer profile, by email, LinkedIn and phone, to start sales conversations. You choose who you want to reach instead of waiting to be found.
How it differs from inbound
Inbound earns attention from people who are already searching, through content, SEO and AI answer engines, so it depends on someone looking. Outbound goes to the accounts you want whether or not they are searching. The two work best together, which is why we run both.
When it works
When you know who your buyer is, your offer is clear and a new customer is worth more than it costs to win one. Timing and relevance matter more than volume, as the sourced numbers below show.
Timing
Buyers decide early
Nearly all B2B buyers choose from a shortlist they already hold, so being relevant at the right moment counts.

Volume
Volume alone does not win
Sending more is not the answer on its own. Relevance does the work.

Signal-based outbound: reach them because something just happened.
Instead of working a cold list in bulk, we reach an account because something has just happened that makes your offer relevant. Three layers of signal tell us who, and when.
First-party signals
DeliChat identifies the company behind a website visit and, where the law and the visitor’s consent allow, the person. It scores intent from page views, return visits and replies, and Auto Connect flags hot moments in real time.
Trigger signals
Our research pulls company signals such as role changes, funding rounds, hiring and other recent triggers before any sequence is written, so the first line is a reason to talk, not a template.
Engagement signals
Opens, clicks and replies feed the same score. Replies are qualified against your ICP, timing, budget and role before a meeting is booked.

We do not promise a reply rate or meeting uplift from signals. What changes is relevance and timing, with fewer irrelevant touches.
Visitor identification depends on the visitor’s jurisdiction and consent, and we respect both.
People write every sequence and a human approves it before it sends.

Six stages. Only one needs you.
Stage one takes about an hour of your time. Every stage after it is ours. You are live in about a week, and first meetings typically arrive in weeks four to six.

From £400 per attended meeting to about £160 per meeting.
Webtec is Deligatr's sister company, the agency Deligatr was built inside. It relied on Meta ads at about £400 per attended meeting, with a 50% no-show rate. After switching to outbound it paid about £160 per meeting, a 60% reduction, and meeting volume doubled in Q1. This is one case, not an average, and not an independent customer.

Results depend on your market, your offer and what a customer is worth to you. On the discovery call we tell you plainly what we would expect in your market, and we will say so if outbound is not the right fit.

Done properly, or not at all.
Outbound only works if it is lawful and it lands. Here is how we approach both, with sources.

Deliverability
Authentication changes where email lands
Fully authenticated means SPF, DKIM and DMARC together. New domains warm up for four to six weeks, and Microsoft guidance is four to eight. Domain age barely matters.

Volume
Ramp slowly, far below the ceiling
Google Workspace allows up to 2,000 messages per user per day. Cold senders keep each mailbox far below it, because the ceiling is not the target.

Google has required these since February 2024 for senders of 5,000 or more emails a day, with a spam rate under 0.3% and one-click unsubscribe. Microsoft Outlook.com enforcement began on 5 May 2025.

Honest answers.
What are B2B lead generation services, and what do you actually do?
B2B lead generation services find businesses that could buy from you, reach them and hand you sales conversations. Deligatr runs the whole outbound operation for you: choosing the accounts, spotting the signals that show why now is the right moment, building and warming sending domains, writing the messages, reaching out across calls, email and LinkedIn, handling replies and booking qualified meetings into your calendar. The same package is sometimes called managed outbound, done-for-you outbound, outsourced SDR or SDR as a service.
What is signal-based outbound, and does it perform better?
Signal-based outbound means reaching an account because something has just happened that makes your offer relevant, instead of working a cold list in bulk. We use first-party signals from your website visitors, trigger signals such as role changes, funding and hiring, and engagement signals from opens, clicks and replies. We do not claim a specific uplift in replies or meetings, because we have no source we would stand behind. What it changes is relevance and timing: fewer irrelevant touches, and messages that explain why you are getting in touch now.
Will the outreach sound AI-generated, and who approves it?
No. AI does the research and the heavy lifting at scale, while people set the strategy and write the copy. Human writers produce every sequence, and a human approves it before anything sends. Nothing goes out unreviewed.
How is this different from hiring an in-house SDR?
According to The Bridge Group (2025 SDR Models, Motions and Metrics, 351 B2B companies, mostly North American software), the median in-house SDR earns $80,000 on target ($55,000 base, $25,000 variable) before benefits, tools, management and recruiting. Average ramp is 3.0 months, median annual attrition is 40% and average tenure is 1.9 years. Deligatr Outbound is $2,500 a month on monthly billing, or less with quarterly or annual billing, with infrastructure, copy, reply handling and booking included. New sending domains still warm up for four to six weeks either way.
How is this different from a traditional agency or a DIY outbound tool?
Tools such as Instantly, Artisan and 11x are software you operate yourself, so setup, warm-up, copywriting, monitoring and reply handling all land on you. A traditional agency supplies its own people to work your campaigns. We compare on structure rather than promises: AI and people share the work, you own the data, you can inspect every sequence and every sending domain, and the price is published.
How do you protect my domain, and will the emails land in spam?
We never send from your primary domain. We set up dedicated outreach domains that mirror your brand, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC on every one, and warm them for four to six weeks before full volume. We cannot promise inbox placement, but authentication and gradual warm-up are what we control: in Saleshandy’s analysis of 53.1 million cold emails (January to June 2026), fully authenticated domains (SPF, DKIM and DMARC together) were 2.7 times more likely to land in the inbox than unauthenticated ones.
When will we see the first meetings, and how many should we expect?
You are live in about one week, which means setup, not meetings. New sending domains then warm up for four to six weeks while volume ramps slowly, so first meetings typically arrive in weeks four to six. We do not publish a typical monthly meeting count, because results depend on your market, your offer and what a customer is worth to you. On the discovery call we tell you plainly what we would expect in your market, and we will say so if outbound is not the right fit.
What do you need from us?
One ICP workshop of about an hour, and your approval of the copy. We handle domains, research, copy, warm-up, launch, replies, qualification and booking, and you get a pre-call brief before every meeting. Pipeline tracking runs in DeliHub, or syncs to the CRM you already use at no extra cost.
Is B2B cold outreach compliant with GDPR, PECR and CAN-SPAM?
We build compliance into the process: the sender is clearly identified, every message carries a simple opt-out, and suppression lists are honoured. In the UK and EU, B2B outreach to business contacts generally relies on legitimate interest under GDPR and, for email, the corporate-subscriber rules in PECR, while sole traders and some partnerships are treated as individuals. In the US, CAN-SPAM requires honest sender details and an unsubscribe, with civil penalties of up to $53,088 per non-compliant email (FTC). Canada’s CASL is stricter. This is general information, not legal advice, and data processing documentation is available on request.
How much does it cost, and am I locked in?
Outbound is $2,500 a month on monthly billing, and you can cancel at any time. Quarterly billing is $6,000 (a 20% saving) and annual billing is $18,000 (a 40% saving). Quarterly and annual are paid up front, renew automatically and are not refundable once paid. Six months is what we recommend, because outreach takes time to build, but it is never a requirement. Full detail is on the pricing page and in our terms.
Who is this for, and who is it not for?
Established businesses across industries where one new client, or a few repeat orders, can cover many months of the service. It is a weaker fit for businesses without a clearly defined offer, and for high-volume, low-ticket lead generation. We will tell you honestly on the first call.
Can we run outbound and inbound together?
Yes. Full Hybrid is $5,000 a month on monthly billing and combines signal-based outbound with our AEO, GEO and SEO programme, so AI assistants and Google name you while outbound reaches the right accounts, all run from one record per prospect. Outbound and Inbound are the same price and are a choice of direction, not a ladder.
