This Cookie Policy explains how Deligatr (owned and operated by J&H Sales Solutions LLC) uses cookies and similar technologies on deligatr.ai, and how to control them. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
1. What these technologies are
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We also use similar technologies that work in the same way, including local storage and session storage in your browser, tracking scripts, pixels, and third-party widgets that load from other companies' servers. Some of these can identify your browser or device, record how you use the site, or infer which company a visit comes from.
2. Our approach: nothing optional runs until you say yes
When you first visit, we ask for your choice. Nothing outside the strictly necessary category runs until you accept it, wherever you are in the world. Rejecting is as easy as accepting. You can change your mind at any time using Cookie Settings in the footer, and we remember your choice for up to six months before asking again.
We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a rejection of every optional category.
3. What we use
We describe our tools by what they do rather than by brand. Cookie names and lifetimes for any tool are available on request at the address in section 6.
Strictly necessary
These keep the site working and secure. They do not need consent and cannot be switched off.

Heatmaps and session replay (consent required)
Show where visitors click, scroll and get stuck, including replays of a visit. These tools are loaded through our tag manager and only after you consent. Replays can include on-screen content.

Chat and visitor identification (consent required)
Our chat provider runs the website chat. Its widget bundles several functions that cannot be separated: chat, identifying which company a visit may come from using the network address (including a lookup of your IP address by a third-party service), fingerprinting your browser, recording the session, and capturing what is typed into forms. The widget is loaded only if you accept this category.

Measure our advertising and let us show relevant ads on other sites. Under some US state laws this counts as "sharing" personal information.

Embedded content you choose to load
Our booking calendar is provided by our scheduling partner. It does not load until you click "Load the calendar", because it connects to their servers and may set its own cookies, such as session identifiers. Your click is your consent to that. Their use of data is described in their own privacy notice.
4. How to change your choices
- On our site: open Cookie Settings in the footer at any time to accept, reject or change each category. Withdrawing consent for chat or heatmaps reloads the page so those scripts stop running, and we clear what they stored where we can.
- In your browser: you can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working.
- Do Not Sell or Share: California and other US residents can opt out in one click on our Do Not Sell or Share page.
- Global Privacy Control: turn on this signal in a supporting browser or extension and we will treat it as an opt-out of sale, sharing and optional tracking.
- Advertising choices: you can also opt out of personalised advertising in the settings of the advertising platforms you use.
5. Changes
We may update this policy when we change the tools we use. If categories or tools change materially we will ask for your choices again. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.
