DeliHub: one record per person

DeliHub is the CRM every client gets. Whether someone found you or you found them, every visit, score, email, LinkedIn message, call and reply sits on one record.

About 6 minutes to read

One record per person

DeliHub keeps a single contact record for each person, whichever direction the relationship started in.

The short answer

Every visit, intent score, email, LinkedIn message, call and reply lands on the same record. That is what lets inbound and outbound feed each other: every touch starts with context, and nothing sits in a separate tool.

Names, companies, events and timings in the mockup are generic and illustrative, not typical timing. The product page, DeliHub, covers features; this page explains how the record is used. How the visit and score parts are captured is in visitor identification.

Unified inbox

Every reply from every channel arrives in one inbox, on the right contact record.

A reply to an email, a LinkedIn message or a chat lands in the same list. Because each thread is tied to a record, whoever picks it up sees the whole history first.

Matching is on email address or LinkedIn URL, never on name alone, so two people with the same name cannot swap replies. The reasoning is in signal-based outbound.

Unified inbox

Illustrative example
  • Alex Morgan Email

Thanks, tomorrow morning works for a call.

  • Sam Rivera LinkedIn

Happy to connect. Can you send more detail?

  • Jordan Lee Web chat

Do you work with firms of our size?

  • Taylor Brooks Call

Voicemail transcript added to the record.

Pipeline stages

Pipeline stages move automatically when something meaningful happens, such as a positive reply or a booked meeting.

Example pipeline

Cards move as events happen on the record

Stage names are examples. Pro lets you build custom pipelines.

Illustrative example
  • New

    • Kestrel Software
    • Meridian Works
  • Contacted

    • Harbourview Partners
  • Replied

    • Northbridge Advisory
  • Meeting booked

    • Larkspur Group
  • Proposal

    • Ashgrove Holdings

Nobody has to drag a card for the obvious moves. A positive reply moves the record forward on its own, and a booked meeting triggers the right follow-up.

Automations

Automations and nurture sequences are triggered by forms, diagnostics and behaviour, so follow-up does not depend on someone remembering.

When this happensDeliHub does this
A form is submittedCreates or updates the record and starts the right nurture sequence.
A diagnostic is completedLands the result on the record and starts a nurture sequence, for example after a QualiPi report.
A positive reply arrivesMoves the record to the matching pipeline stage.
A meeting is bookedUpdates the stage and triggers the follow-up.
A visitor goes hotRaises the score and flags the team, so someone can act.

Examples of the pattern. The exact workflows are set up with you during onboarding.

What writes to the record

The Deli Suite tools all write back to DeliHub, which is why the record stays complete without anyone copying data across.

Common questions

The questions we hear most about DeliHub.

Is DeliHub really free?

DeliHub is 100% free for anyone who only wants the CRM, limited to 2 seats per account, and that tier is free forever. Pro is $197 a month for CRM-only clients. Pro is included at no extra cost for clients who contract a managed service. It is not free at every level.

Why is the 2-seat tier free?

The free tier is the front door. Pro is a paid upgrade for CRM-only clients and is included with any managed service. Everything else in the system reads from it and writes back to it, so we would rather you start with a working record per person than a spreadsheet.

Can we keep our existing CRM?

Yes. We sync with whatever CRM you already use, at no extra cost, so you can run both side by side or migrate when you are ready. We recommend DeliHub, because the loop depends on one record per person: it is a fully finished product, free forever for two seats, and we keep developing it. Try it alongside your current CRM, and move your data across if you like it.

What changes if we outgrow 2 seats?

Pro removes the seat limit and adds custom pipelines, fields, tags, dashboards and full personalisation, at $197 a month if you use DeliHub on its own. If you contract a managed service, Pro is included at no extra cost.
