We run on the playbook
we sell.
Deligatr is a hybrid growth agency. We pair inbound visibility (AEO, GEO and SEO) with signal-based outbound, joined in one CRM record per prospect. It started inside Webtec, our sister company, where Meta ads cost about £400 per attended meeting with a 50% no-show rate. We built a better system, proved it on ourselves, then ran it for clients.
AI does the research and the scale. People do the strategy, the copy and the judgement. And we grow Deligatr itself with the same tactics we run for our clients.

We solved our own pipeline problem first.
Webtec was paying about £400 per attended meeting on Meta ads, with a 50% no-show rate. We built an outbound system around buyer signals, enrichment and multichannel outreach. After the switch, cost per meeting fell to about £160 and meeting volume doubled. It is one case, and Webtec is our sister company.
Then the question changed. How do buyers find a provider in the first place? Many now ask an AI assistant, which names two or three businesses. So we added the other half: AEO, GEO and SEO so you are found where buyers ask, and DeliChat so everyone who arrives is identified and scored.
The result is one connected loop. Inbound makes you findable, outbound reaches the accounts that matter, and one DeliHub record holds the history. Webtec was the first test. Our own growth was the second.
How we got here.
Deligatr did not start as a startup idea. It started as a solution to a real pipeline problem, was tested on our own revenue first, and has grown on the same playbook ever since.
Jody joins Webtec as Growth Specialist
In the first month, nearly doubles the company's previous monthly sales record. First team member to consistently upsell SEO services. Within months, promoted to Sales Manager.
Sales Manager: $2.5M+ closed with Harry
Takes full ownership of revenue at Webtec. Builds a sales team to a consistent 25%+ close rate. Increases team upsell rate from 5% to 25%. Identifies that Meta ads are delivering meetings at about £400 per attended meeting, with a 50% no-show rate.
The pipeline problem becomes a system
Jody and the team design an internal outbound system, combining buyer signals, multi-source enrichment and multichannel outreach, to replace paid social spend at Webtec. J&H Sales Solutions is incorporated as the operating entity.
Deligatr is founded
The internal system goes commercial. Deligatr launches as a managed outbound service: the same infrastructure used at Webtec, run by a team for B2B companies.
First case: Webtec cuts cost per meeting by 60%
Webtec's results: cost per meeting fell from about £400 to about £160 (60% lower) and meeting volume doubled after the switch from Meta ads to outbound. It is one case, and Webtec is Deligatr's own sister company.
Adnan Gourija joins as Chief Marketing Officer
Adnan takes on organic marketing for Deligatr, for Webtec and for clients: AEO, GEO, SEO, content and the tooling behind it. The aim is simple. Be found when buyers ask AI assistants and Google, then identify and follow up everyone that visibility brings in.
Inbound joins outbound: the hybrid model
Inbound visibility (AEO, GEO and SEO) and signal-based outbound are packaged as one system on one CRM record, with Full Hybrid as the lane that runs both. Clients choose a direction, or both.
Running hybrid, inbound and outbound accounts
We run client accounts across all three lanes, and we publish the method instead of asking you to take our word for it: AI visibility research across 12 industries (217 established businesses, 1,085 buyer queries, with methods and limits shown), a free AI Visibility Audit, the QualiPi diagnostic and tabbed documentation. We do not publish client names or counts, because their information stays protected.
Meet the team.
Small on purpose. Every client gets direct access to the people building and running their campaigns, not an account manager reading from a script.

Jody Pattison
Co-Founder · Deligatr | Sales Manager · Webtec
"I'm not interested in vanity metrics. My focus is building systems that sales teams actually use, and that materially improve efficiency, conversion, and unit economics."
Built Deligatr after identifying that Meta ads were delivering meetings at about £400 per attended meeting, with a 50% no-show rate, at Webtec. He built a better system, proved it internally, then productised it. With Harry he closed $2.5M+ in sales at Webtec and built a team to a 25%+ close rate. At Webtec, cost per meeting then fell to about £160 (60% lower) in Q1, one case, not an average.

His strategic and entrepreneurial background spans Harvard Business School executive education, Demand Curve growth training, and Scaleup Valley, giving him a rigorous foundation in what actually drives sustainable B2B growth.
He brings the commercial architecture and leadership framework that made Deligatr possible, overseeing client strategy, growth operations, and the team that runs every managed campaign from day one.

Harry Pattison
Co-Founder · Deligatr | New World Sales
"Sales is changing faster than most people can keep up with. Harry was born into the architecture of it, and he is building on that foundation with a clarity that most operators spend years trying to develop."
Jody Pattison
Harry brings a perspective that only comes from growing up at the intersection of entrepreneurship, technology, and global business. Raised across Spain, Dubai, and London, he developed an instinctive understanding of how different markets think, buy, and build trust, long before most people start their first job.
Bilingual and globally minded, Harry leads Deligatr's approach to new world sales, where cultural intelligence, digital fluency, and relationship-first thinking combine into a new kind of commercial advantage. He did not just witness the architecture of modern outbound being built. He was part of it.
Deligatr is a family-backed business in the truest sense, built by people with skin in the game, from a family that understands what it takes to build something real.
We grew Deligatr with the tactics we sell.
We did not buy our way to our first clients. Inbound buyers found us through the three doors below, and signal-based outbound reached the accounts that never search. Everything sits in one CRM record, so we always know where a conversation began.
Free tools and audits
Useful things people can use without talking to us. They show a real gap, and the people who run them are already thinking about the problem we solve.
AI assistants and Google
We structure our pages, research and schema so assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, and Google, can find, understand and cite us when a buyer asks.
Content, LinkedIn and social
Complete guides, original research and founder-led posts that teach first and sell second. The same content feeds search, AI answers and LinkedIn.
And outbound, run the same way. We watch for buyer signals, research the account, and reach out by email, LinkedIn and phone with a person approving the message. Anyone who engages from either side lands in DeliHub, so inbound and outbound never work against each other.
Led by our CMO, Adnan Gourija.
Adnan joined as Chief Marketing Officer in April 2026. He leads organic marketing across AEO, GEO, SEO and content for Deligatr, for Webtec and for our clients, and he owns the tooling behind it.
The brief is the same one we give every client. Be the business AI assistants and Google name when a buyer asks for help, write for people first, and make sure every visitor that visibility brings in is identified and followed up.
We build the free tools and diagnostics ourselves, for clients and for their ideal customer profiles, so the work fits each sector instead of coming from one template.

Inbound, outbound or both.
Every client picks a direction. Many start with one lane and add the other once the first is working. All three run on one record per prospect.
Direction one
Inbound
AEO, GEO and SEO so buyers find you when they ask an AI assistant or search Google, plus visitor identification so you can follow up with the people who arrive.
See inbound services →Direction two
Outbound
Signal-based outreach by email, LinkedIn and phone, with dedicated sending infrastructure, human-approved messages and meetings booked to your calendar.
See how outbound works →Both lanes
Full Hybrid
Inbound and outbound together on one DeliHub record, so a prospect who searched, visited and was contacted is one conversation, not three.
See Full Hybrid →We work with established B2B businesses across professional services, education, healthcare recruiting, tax and AI consultancy, among others. We do not publish client names or numbers. Their information stays protected, and the tools we build for them are shaped around their own customers.
Compliance is built in, not bolted on.
Growth that damages your domain, your brand or your prospects' trust is not growth. So we work clean on every account, inbound and outbound.
Opt-out honoured, everywhere
Every outreach message carries a clear way to opt out, and we suppress those who do across every campaign.
Authenticated sending
Dedicated domains with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, warmed over four to six weeks before volume builds.
A person approves every message
AI does the research. A person reads and approves the message before it sends.
Data collected with purpose
We use business contact data for relevant business outreach, and we explain what we collect and why in our privacy policy.
Client information stays protected
Client names, data and results are confidential. The tools we build for a client are shaped around that client and their customers.
Sourced claims only
We show our methods and limits, label single cases as single cases, and do not publish numbers we cannot back up.

Six principles that run every campaign.
These are not brand values on a wall. They are the operating principles that determine every decision we make, in campaigns, in pricing, in client communication.
Outcomes over activity
We do not report numbers that only look good on a slide, such as open rates, send volume and impressions. Every conversation we have with clients starts and ends with business outcomes: pipeline, qualified conversions and revenue. If our work is not moving those, we change the work.
Managed, not just sold
Much of the outbound industry sells software and leaves execution to the buyer. We sell the software too (the Deli Suite), but our managed packages exist for buyers who want results, not tools. Every managed campaign has a named account manager, and nothing is left to an algorithm.
Human review at every step
AI accelerates our research and personalisation. Humans approve every message before it sends. That combination of machine speed and human judgement is what makes outreach feel personal at scale.
Transparency by default
We publish our pricing. We tell clients honestly if we are not the right fit. We share performance data weekly, including what is not working. Clarity builds better relationships than polish.
Built for established businesses
We are built for established B2B businesses across industries where one new client, or a few repeat engagements, pays for the service. That focus makes us better at it: tighter targeting, messaging that fits the sector, and a hybrid system that finds, identifies and follows up the right buyers.
We run on our own playbook
Deligatr was built to solve Webtec's pipeline problem first. Webtec, our sister company, saw its cost per meeting fall by about 60% (from about £400 per attended meeting to about £160 per meeting, so the bases differ) in Q1 before we sold the system to anyone. That is one case, not a promise. Since then we have grown Deligatr itself with the same inbound and outbound tactics we run for clients, and we publish the method.
Patient. Precise. Impossible to ignore.
The alligator does not rush. It watches, waits, and acts with precision at exactly the right moment. That is Deligatr's approach to growth: patient targeting, perfect timing, decisive action.
Our mascot is a battle-ready, neon-armoured version of that instinct. It represents the combination of raw intelligence and relentless execution that we bring to every campaign.

Targets the right people
