What is Deligatr?
Deligatr is a hybrid growth agency with a free CRM at its centre. Three layers run as one system, on one contact record per person, and a team runs it for you.
The short answer
We make you findable where buyers are searching, identify who visits your site before they fill anything in, and run outreach to the people already showing interest. A team runs it for you, with the software underneath.
Inbound visibility
SEO, AEO and GEO: getting named when buyers search Google or ask an AI assistant who is best at what you do.
Visitor identification
Resolving anonymous website traffic into named people and companies, with consent, and scoring how interested each one is.
Multichannel outbound
Email, LinkedIn and calls, aimed first at people who already know your name, then at accounts that look like them.
Most providers do one of these. Tracking platforms sell software and leave you to use it. Outbound agencies send cold messages to cold lists. SEO agencies stop at rankings. We run all three as one connected loop, and we run it for you.
Done for you
With the tools underneath
The commercial detail lives on our services pages; the inbound programme is on AEO and GEO and the outbound programme on B2B lead generation. This documentation explains how it all works underneath.
What problem does Deligatr solve?
Cold outreach works if your brand is already known or the timing is lucky. Neither is a strategy, and three things have changed how B2B buyers find and choose providers.
95%
of B2B buyers buy from a shortlist they already hold on day one
6sense 2025, nearly 4,000 buyers
2% to 5%
of B2B website visitors become a known lead through a form
Tomba and Launch Leads benchmarks. The other 95% to 98% leave without identifying themselves.
Clicks are harder to earn
Organic click-through on informational searches
For informational searches that show an AI Overview, organic click-through fell from 1.76% in June 2024 to 0.61% in September 2025. Brands cited inside the answer had 35% higher organic click-through than brands that were not, which Seer notes may reflect stronger brands being cited rather than citation causing the clicks.

- September 20250.61%

Buyers also ask AI assistants which providers to consider, and take the two or three names they are given. There is no page two in an AI answer: you are named or you are not.

How does the revenue engine work?
Five stages, each feeding the next, all writing to the same DeliHub record. Whoever found whom, the record holds every visit, score, email, LinkedIn message, call and reply.
The loop
Five stages, one record
The numbers show the order data flows. A closed record shows what brought the buyer in, so the next round of inbound is sharper and the loop keeps improving.
- 1
Stage 1
Inbound
SEO, AEO and GEO bring more of the right people in.
- 2
Stage 2
Track
Anonymous visitors become named, company-attached leads.
- 3
Stage 3
Score
Every visit, open and reply rolls into one intent number.
- 4
Stage 4
Outbound
Warm records are worked first, across email, LinkedIn and calls.
- 5
Stage 5
Close
One record per person, with the full history behind it.
The numbering is the order data flows, not the order work starts. On most engagements inbound and tracking are set up together in the first weeks, because every visitor the new content attracts should be identified from day one.
What happens at each stage?
Each stage has one job, one owner and one place to read more.
| Stage | What happens | What runs it | Read more |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 Inbound | SEO, AEO and GEO make you findable where buyers ask. Everyone that visibility brings in enters the tracking loop. | Our inbound team | SEO, AEO and GEO |
| 2 Track | Where the law and the visitor's consent allow, anonymous visitors are resolved into company-attached leads with no form fill, and a record opens on each one. | DeliChat | Visitor ID |
| 3 Score | Every page view, return visit, email open and reply rolls into one running intent number, so the record warms or cools on its own. | DeliChat | Visitor ID |
| 4 Outbound | Email, LinkedIn and calls work the warm records first. Lookalike accounts are contacted only once research gives a reason to write. | DeliMail, DeliReach, and our calling team | Outbound |
| 5 Close | One record per person with the full history, whether they found you or you found them. | DeliHub | CRM |

Who does Deligatr work with?
Our best fit is a business with a high-value offer, a clear buyer and no time to run a pipeline itself.
That usually means a customer worth enough that one new one pays for the service. Marketing and growth agencies, accounting and bookkeeping firms, insurance and mortgage brokers, recruiting agencies and management consultants are the clearest fit, followed by B2B SaaS, financial services and commercial real estate. Legal, healthcare, manufacturing and institutional buyers suit us too, where cycles are longer and the trust bar is higher.
We also work in education, healthcare recruiting, tax and AI consultation, among other sectors. The person we usually deal with is the owner or the marketing lead: busy, not necessarily technical, and aware that AI search is changing things. Everything we produce is written so it can be used without us in the room.

Questions about Deligatr and this documentation
Short answers to what people ask first.
What is Deligatr in one sentence?
Deligatr is a hybrid growth agency for established B2B businesses. We combine inbound (SEO, AEO and GEO) with signal-based outbound across email, LinkedIn and calls, on one DeliHub record per prospect, and the CRM is free to start. A team runs it for you, with software underneath.
Why does Deligatr publish this much detail about how it works?
Because a managed service that cannot explain its own process is asking for blind trust. Every tab of this documentation is written to be checked and questioned, including where the limits are.
Is this documentation the same as the product pages for DeliHub, DeliMail and the rest of the Deli Suite?
No. The product pages describe individual tools and their features. This documentation explains the process and reasoning behind how those tools are used together: the how and the why, not just the what.
Where should I start if I am new to Deligatr?
Read this Overview first, then open the tab for whichever half of the loop matters most to you: SEO, AEO and GEO for visibility, Visitor ID for identification, or Outbound for outreach. The Audit tab shows how every engagement starts.
Does Deligatr guarantee meetings or rankings?
We do not guarantee meetings or rankings. What we do guarantee is the work: a human approves every message before it sends, copy and design are redone at no extra cost if they miss the agreed standard, you get a named senior owner, a weekly report and a review call, and if setup is not live in about a week we say so and tell you why. A new engagement is typically live in about one week, new sending domains warm up for four to six weeks, and first outbound meetings typically arrive in weeks four to six. Results depend on your market, your offer and what a customer is worth to you, and we say so plainly if a channel is not the right fit.
Who is this documentation written for?
Anyone evaluating Deligatr who wants a real answer instead of a marketing summary: business owners, marketing leads, technical buyers and compliance officers.
