Everything you need to know about how Deligatr works, what to expect, and whether inbound, outbound or both is right for your business.

What is Deligatr?5
Deligatr is a hybrid growth agency for established B2B businesses, built around a free CRM called DeliHub. We run inbound (AEO, GEO and SEO) and signal-based outbound (calls, email and LinkedIn) together, so every lead lands in one CRM record. AI does the research and the scale. People do the strategy, the copy and the judgement. Outbound is done for you: you share your ideal customer profile and we handle prospect research, email infrastructure, copywriting, outreach, reply handling and meeting booking, so qualified meetings land in your calendar.
Managed means a real team runs it every day, not software that sits idle waiting for you to configure it. We handle ICP research, domain infrastructure, copywriting, deliverability monitoring, response qualification, meeting scheduling and weekly optimisation. Your time investment is a workshop of about an hour and a weekly review call. Everything else is us.
Both. DeliHub, our CRM, is free forever for two seats, and DeliChat, DeliMail and DeliReach are software you can run yourself. Our managed packages are different: you do not configure campaigns, write sequences or monitor deliverability. You get a named account manager, a reporting dashboard you can check any time, and meetings in your calendar.
Those are products you buy and operate. Instantly is a cold email sending platform, and Artisan and 11x sell autonomous AI SDR software. With any of them, setup, warm-up, copywriting, monitoring and reply handling all land on you or your team. Deligatr is different because we manage all of it: infrastructure, copywriting, deliverability, responses, and booking. The difference is a managed service that works toward meetings versus software you operate yourself.
Deligatr is built for companies focused on growth, in any market, where one new customer, or a few repeat orders, pays for the service. ROI is the KPI. That includes founders doing founder-led sales who want to scale without hiring, agency and consultancy owners who want predictable pipeline, growth-stage VPs of Sales with SDR hiring gaps, and e-commerce and local businesses where AI-search visibility and on-site conversion drive purchases and bookings. We start by understanding your business and what a customer is worth to you, then choose the channel. If the numbers do not add up yet, we will say so on the first call and show you what would change that.
Inbound and Full Hybrid3
An answer engine optimisation (AEO), generative engine optimisation (GEO) and SEO programme, with DeliChat identification and scoring, so you are findable in Google and named inside answers from ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. Our team handles the research, writing and technical work. It is $2,500 a month on monthly billing.
Inbound work is crawled and re-indexed over time, and early movement in AI answers can begin from about month two. Nothing is guaranteed, and results depend on your market, your offer and how established your site already is.
Not necessarily. Inbound and Outbound are the same price and a choice of direction, not a ladder. Many businesses start with one lane and add the other. Full Hybrid runs both on one CRM record, from $5,000 a month on monthly billing.
Setup & Onboarding6
You are live in about one week. Day 1 is your ICP strategy workshop (about one hour of your time). In the days after that we build your infrastructure (dedicated outreach domains, full email authentication, CRM integration), write and human-review your first campaign sequences, and launch. New sending domains then warm up for four to six weeks, and first meetings typically arrive in weeks four to six.
One 60-minute ICP workshop. That is genuinely all we need from you upfront. We will ask about your target industries, company sizes, seniority levels, key buying triggers, and competitive positioning. After that session, we build everything, with no technical setup from your side.
No. We build your prospect lists from scratch using verified B2B contact data, enriched with real-time intent signals. If you already have a list you'd like us to use or supplement, we can do that too, and we'll verify and enrich it before outreach.
Yes. Deligatr syncs with whatever CRM you already use, at no extra cost, so you can run it alongside DeliHub or migrate when you are ready. We recommend DeliHub: it is a fully finished product, free forever for two seats, and we keep developing it. Prospect data, campaign activity and meeting outcomes sync automatically.
No, and this is deliberate. We never send outreach from your primary business domain. Doing so risks blacklisting your domain and damaging every email you send, including transactional and client communications. We create dedicated outreach domains that mirror your brand (e.g. getdeligatr.ai instead of deligatr.ai), warm them over four to six weeks, and connect them to our infrastructure. Your primary domain is untouched.
Week 1: ICP workshop, infrastructure build, CRM integration, first campaign draft and approval, then launch. Weeks 1 to 6: new domains warm up and sending volume ramps up gradually, with response handling active from the first send. Weeks 4 to 6: optimisation based on early engagement data, and first meetings typically reach calendars. Month 2 onwards: ongoing volume ramp, A/B testing, weekly review calls, monthly performance reviews.
Email Deliverability5
Inbox placement comes down to infrastructure discipline, and we manage it for you. Every sending domain has full SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication, each mailbox stays well below the platform sending ceiling, and we monitor bounce rates, spam complaint rates, and sender reputation daily, keeping complaints well under Google's 0.3% limit (0.1% is recommended). Authentication matters most: in Saleshandy’s analysis of 53.1 million cold emails (January to June 2026), fully authenticated domains (SPF, DKIM and DMARC together) were 2.7 times more likely to land in the inbox than unauthenticated ones.
Email warming is the process of gradually increasing send volume from a new mailbox to build sender reputation with Gmail, Outlook, and other providers. It takes four to six weeks (Microsoft's own guidance is four to eight). A new mailbox that jumps straight to high volume is likely to be flagged, while a warmed mailbox with an established positive engagement history lands reliably in the inbox. We run the warm-up for you, but it cannot be skipped, which is why first meetings typically arrive in weeks four to six.
Yes. Google's bulk-sender rules, in force since February 2024 for senders of 5,000+ emails a day, require SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication, a spam complaint rate under 0.3% (0.1% recommended), and one-click unsubscribe. Microsoft has enforced similar rules for Outlook.com since 5 May 2025. We build every sending domain to those standards, with one-click unsubscribe headers and a physical sender address on every message.
Far fewer than the platform allows. Google Workspace permits up to 2,000 messages per user per day, but cold senders should stay well below that ceiling. We ramp slowly: roughly 5 to 10 emails a day per mailbox in weeks 1 and 2, and 20 to 30 a day in weeks 3 and 4, building gradually from there. We spread volume across multiple mailboxes and domains so each one stays safe.
We monitor all sending domains continuously for blacklist status across the major blacklist providers. If a domain shows degraded performance, we rotate it out and replace it so your campaign keeps running while we investigate. This is one of the core advantages of managed infrastructure versus managing your own domains.
Copywriting & Personalisation5
No. Every sequence is written and approved by a human copywriter and your account manager before anything sends. Our AI assists with prospect research, pulling company news, job changes, funding events, product launches, and LinkedIn activity to surface genuine personalisation angles. Humans write the final message, so it reads like a personal introduction from someone who actually researched the recipient.
Our in-house copywriting team writes every sequence, assisted by AI research tools. Every campaign is reviewed by your dedicated account manager before launch. You also get a pre-launch review, so you can request edits before a single email sends. Once live, copy is continuously A/B tested and refined based on reply rate data.
We personalise at two levels. At the segment level, messaging is tailored to each industry vertical, company size band, and buyer role. At the individual level, our AI research layer pulls fresh signals for each prospect (recent company news, leadership changes, hiring patterns, technology signals), so the opening line of each email references something genuinely relevant to that specific person at that specific moment.
We write outreach in the language of your target market. Our AI research and copywriting process works natively in the target language, we do not translate English copy into other languages. This matters because machine-translated outreach is detectably unnatural. If you are targeting French manufacturing firms, the French sequences are written and reviewed in French.
Yes, always. You receive a pre-launch review of every campaign sequence before anything goes live. You can request edits, tone adjustments, or messaging pivots at that stage. Once campaigns are running, you can request copy changes at any weekly review call and we'll implement them in the next optimisation cycle.
Results & Expectations6
Results depend on your market, your offer and what a customer is worth to you, and we do not guarantee a number. On the discovery call we tell you plainly what we would expect, and we say so if outbound is not the right fit. For context, Webtec, Deligatr's own sister company and the agency Deligatr was built inside, saw its cost per meeting fall from about £400 per attended meeting to about £160 per meeting (60% lower, though the bases differ) and its meeting volume double in Q1 after switching to outbound. That is one case, not an average or a promise.
First booked meetings typically arrive in weeks four to six. Week 1 is infrastructure and campaign build, and new sending domains then warm up for four to six weeks, so volume builds gradually. The cadence improves from there as our team refines targeting and messaging based on real engagement data.
Lower than most vendors suggest. Belkins' 2025 analysis of 7.5 million cold emails found a reply rate of 0.45% of emails sent, which works out at about one appointment per 6,250 emails or fewer. Instantly reports a 3.43% average (replies divided by emails sent), but that is its platform average from its own users’ campaigns, a self-selected population that is not like for like with Belkins’ 0.45% across 7.5 million emails. Your own rate depends on your ICP, offer, and list quality, and we report it to you weekly.
We track business outcomes: cost per qualified conversion (a booked call, a quote request, a signup or a purchase, whatever your business counts as a customer), pipeline or revenue sourced, and conversion to revenue where clients share close data. Whether the service pays for itself depends on what a customer is worth to you and your close rate, and we work through that break-even arithmetic with you on the discovery call. We report these weekly in your dashboard.
If meeting volume is below where we expected once the four to six week warm-up has finished, we conduct a full campaign audit covering targeting, copy, offer framing, and channel mix. We adjust the strategy, not the bill.
Yes. Our published Webtec case study is one case, and Webtec is Deligatr's own sister company, the agency Deligatr was built inside, not an independent customer. Before outbound, Webtec paid about £400 per attended meeting from Meta ads, with a 50% no-show rate. After switching to outbound, cost per meeting fell to about £160 (60% lower, though £400 was per attended meeting and £160 is per meeting, so the bases differ) and meeting volume doubled in Q1. Client case studies are on our case studies page, and each is the result of one client. Yours will vary.
Pricing & Contracts6
Outbound is $2,500 a month on monthly billing, with no long-term commitment. Quarterly billing is $6,000 and annual billing is $18,000, both paid up front, which is where the saving comes from. Inbound is also $2,500 a month, and Full Hybrid (Inbound plus Outbound) is $5,000 a month. DeliChat, DeliReach and DeliMail are $199 a month each, or $499 a month together, and DeliHub Pro is $197 a month. Full details are on our pricing page at /product.
The Bridge Group's 2025 SDR Models, Motions and Metrics report (351 B2B companies, mostly North American software) puts median on-target earnings for an SDR at $80,000 ($55,000 base, $25,000 variable), before benefits, tools, management, and recruiting. The same report found an average ramp of 3.0 months, median annual attrition of 40%, average tenure of 1.9 years, and only 60% of reps at quota. Deligatr Outbound is $2,500 a month on monthly billing, or $18,000 a year paid up front. Either route needs the same four to six week warm-up before outbound produces meetings. The difference is who does the work and who carries the hiring risk.
Compare on structure rather than headline price. Ask any provider, us included: who actually does the work, who owns the sending domains and data, how often you hear from them, and what you can check yourself. With Deligatr you get a named account manager, a reporting dashboard you can check any time, a weekly review call, and a published price on our pricing page.
Monthly billing has no long-term commitment. Quarterly ($6,000) and annual ($18,000) billing are paid up front, which is where the saving comes from.
New sending domains need four to six weeks of gradual warm-up before they can send at volume safely. Sending at volume from a brand-new domain looks like spam to inbox providers, and Google and Microsoft both publish guidance on ramping up gradually. That is why first meetings typically arrive in weeks four to six, and why the same warm-up applies if you run outbound yourself. Because the runway is that long, quarterly billing is a natural fit, but monthly billing carries no long-term commitment.
Outbound includes: ICP research and list building from verified B2B data; dedicated outreach domain infrastructure with full SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration; human-reviewed copywriting for all sequences; multi-channel outreach across calls, email, and LinkedIn; AI plus human response handling and lead qualification; meeting booking directly to your calendar; CRM sync with your existing CRM or DeliHub, at no extra cost; a weekly performance dashboard; a dedicated account manager; and weekly review calls.
GDPR & Compliance5
Yes. We operate under the legitimate interest legal basis for B2B cold outreach, as permitted by GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and the UK PECR regulations for business-to-business communications. Every outreach sequence includes a one-click unsubscribe mechanism, physical sender address, and clear identification of the sender. We maintain data processing agreements and can provide documentation on request.
Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link compliant with Gmail's list-unsubscribe header requirements. Opt-outs are honoured and synced to a suppression list across all active campaigns. Unsubscribed contacts are permanently suppressed from all future outreach. We honour opt-outs globally across all your campaigns.
We comply fully with CAN-SPAM requirements for all US-targeted outreach: accurate sender identification, clear subject lines, a physical postal address in every message, a working opt-out honoured within 10 business days, and no deceptive headers. The maximum civil penalty is $53,088 per non-compliant email (FTC), so compliance is non-negotiable.
We collect publicly available B2B professional data: name, job title, company, work email, LinkedIn profile, and company firmographic data. This data is used solely to run your outbound campaigns. We do not sell data to third parties. Data is retained only as long as needed for active campaigns plus the statutory retention period. Full data handling details are in our Data Processing Agreement, available on request.
The EU AI Act is phasing in, and it introduces transparency requirements for AI systems that interact with people. Our human-in-the-loop approach means a human reviews every outreach sequence before it sends and handles all prospect responses. We document our AI decision-making processes and can provide transparency documentation as the Act's requirements come into effect.
Channels & Technology5
We run coordinated multi-channel campaigns across three channels: calls, email (the primary volume channel), and LinkedIn (connection requests, InMail, profile views, and engagement signals). Behavioural triggers coordinate the sequence, for example a LinkedIn profile view ahead of an email, so a prospect never receives conflicting touches across channels.
Yes. Calls are part of the Outbound package alongside email and LinkedIn. Belkins' analysis of 175,000+ dials found that 9.9% of dials connect, 24.5% of prospects connect after about three attempts, 4.6% of conversations book a meeting, and it takes about 370 dials per meeting. Phone is a real but labour-intensive channel, which is why it works best alongside email and LinkedIn.
AI is used for: prospect research (identifying company news, hiring signals, technology stack, funding events, job changes); prospect scoring (ranking contacts by likely receptivity); personalisation signal extraction (pulling the most relevant hook for each individual); and campaign performance analysis (identifying which subject lines, CTAs, and sequences are outperforming). Humans write all copy, review all campaigns before launch, handle all responses, and make all strategic decisions.
We pull from multiple data sources to ensure accuracy: a primary B2B contact database, real-time LinkedIn signal monitoring, company news and press release feeds, funding databases (Crunchbase, PitchBook signals), technology stack detection, job posting analysis, and intent data providers. Email addresses are verified through multi-step validation before outreach.
Yes, within the constraints of our infrastructure security. We use best-in-class deliverability infrastructure, enterprise-grade email warm-up and monitoring, multi-source data enrichment providers, and a proprietary AI research layer built on top of leading LLMs. Full technology stack details are available in your onboarding documentation and on request during the discovery call.
Account Management5
You have one named account manager who owns your campaign from day one. They run your ICP workshop, write campaign briefs, review copy before launch, monitor performance daily, run your weekly review call, and send your monthly performance report. There are no ticket queues or rotating support agents.
Standard cadence is a weekly review call to review performance, discuss any prospect feedback, agree optimisation priorities, and preview the coming week's campaigns. You also receive a monthly deep-dive performance report. Between calls, your account manager is reachable via email for any urgent queries.
You have a live performance dashboard showing: contacts outreached this week/month/total; reply rates by campaign and sequence; positive reply rates; meetings booked; meetings attended; pipeline sourced (deal value multiplied by meetings). Weekly snapshot reports are emailed every Monday. Monthly comprehensive reports cover campaign analysis, ICP optimisation recommendations, and next-month strategy.
Yes. You can request campaign pauses, targeting changes, copy revisions, or channel mix adjustments at any weekly review call. For urgent changes, for example if your offer or pricing has changed, contact your account manager directly and changes are implemented within 24 hours.
Your campaign runs on documented processes, not in someone's head. All ICP settings, campaign history, copy, optimisation notes, and performance data are stored centrally. If your account manager changes, there is a structured handover period before transition. Continuity is built into our operating model.
The Deli Suite5
The Deli Suite is a family of five white-labelled AI sales tools: DeliHub (CRM), DeliMail (cold email), DeliReach (LinkedIn outreach), DeliChat (website AI chat), and DeliVoice (AI voice agent). Each works standalone and is more powerful when combined. All five feed data into DeliHub automatically, giving one view of every prospect regardless of which channel they came through.
You can use any individual tool as a standalone product. Many clients start with one, typically DeliHub as their CRM or DeliChat for their website, and add others as their pipeline grows. DeliChat, DeliReach and DeliMail are $199 a month each, or $499 a month together. DeliHub is free for two seats, or $197 a month on Pro. See the pricing page at /product for full detail.
Many teams consolidate several separate subscriptions (CRM, cold email, LinkedIn automation, website chat) into one account, with every tool writing to the same DeliHub record.
Yes. All five tools sync with DeliHub, our CRM, natively, and with whatever CRM you already use, at no extra cost. Run both side by side or migrate when you are ready. Every conversation, call transcript, email response, and LinkedIn interaction feeds into your pipeline automatically. No manual data entry required.
Yes. Every tool in the Deli Suite is fully white-labelled, with custom domain, logo, and colour scheme. Agencies can deploy each tool under their own brand and offer them to clients as proprietary products. Your clients see your brand, not Deligatr's.
LinkedIn Outreach4
LinkedIn does not publish exact limits. The number is dynamic and depends on account age, reputation, and acceptance rate. New accounts need to start low and ramp gradually, while established accounts with strong acceptance rates and a high Social Selling Index can send more. Deligatr manages sending volumes to stay within safe limits automatically.
The main triggers: sending too many identical or structurally similar messages (LinkedIn's systems detect template reuse); sudden activity spikes; persistently low acceptance rates (Expandi measured a 28.5% average across 13.2 million requests); activity at unusual hours; and running automation tools on shared infrastructure where multiple accounts share the same IP address.
Connection-first means building a relationship before pitching. Instead of including a sales message in the connection request, you send value first: a useful insight, a relevant observation, a genuine question. It creates a peer dynamic rather than a vendor-buyer dynamic. In Expandi's analysis of 13.2 million connection requests, AI hyperpersonalisation lowered acceptance by 12% and left reply rate flat, which is why our messages are written by people and lean on specific, real references.
Outreach normally goes out under your own profile at modest, human-paced volume. Where more than one sender is used, each account runs separately and within LinkedIn's limits, with varied messages and genuine activity alongside outreach. Deligatr handles this as part of the managed service.
AI Voice & CRM5
DeliVoice can be configured to disclose that it is an AI agent at the start of every call. Modern AI voice agents respond quickly enough to hold a natural conversation, and in most B2B contexts callers care more about getting an immediate, helpful response than about whether they are speaking to a human or an AI.
Yes. DeliVoice connects directly to your calendar and can see your real-time availability. When a caller qualifies and wants to book, the AI offers available time slots, confirms the booking, and sends the calendar invite, all during the call. The prospect hangs up with a confirmed meeting. You receive a pre-call brief with a full transcript and qualification summary.
A PDF open trigger calls a prospect automatically within seconds of them opening a document you sent them: a proposal, pricing document, or brochure. The AI calls at exactly the moment they are actively engaging with your offer, references the document, and offers to book a time to discuss. For high-value B2B deals, that timing is the point.
Because the history decides what to do next. When a prospect found you through an AI answer, read two guides and then replied to an email, one record shows all of it, so nobody is contacted twice or starts from nothing. Without it, that history lives in separate inboxes and tools and disappears when a person leaves.
Practice management platforms focus on delivering existing client work: documents, workflow and client portals. DeliHub focuses on new business: pipeline, outreach and nurturing, with every prospect interaction from DeliChat, DeliMail, DeliReach and DeliVoice logged in one place.
