Cold email · Signal-led · Fully managed

A B2B cold email agency that runs it all, from domains to booked meetings

We build the sending infrastructure, warm it, research who to reach and why now, write the sequences, handle the replies and book the meetings. You approve the message and turn up to the calls.

  • Live in about one week
  • Four to six weeks of domain warm-up
  • Every sequence human-approved
  • $2,500 a month, no long-term commitment

Congratulations on the new role

Saw the move into operations this month. Teams stepping into that seat often inherit a reporting backlog first. If it is on your list, we can share how others tackled it. Worth a short call?

What you hand over

Everything between a blank domain and a booked meeting

Cold email is a system, not a tool. These are the six parts we run for you.

01

Dedicated sending domains

We register and set up outreach domains that mirror your brand, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC on every one. Your primary domain is never used for cold email.

02

Warm-up

New domains warm up for four to six weeks before full volume. Sending ramps slowly and is watched throughout, not switched on at once.

03

List and signals research

AI does the research. We build the account list against your ICP and pull the signals that explain why now: role changes, funding, hiring and other recent triggers.

04

Human-written sequences

People write every sequence around the trigger, and you approve the messaging direction before anything sends. Nothing goes out unreviewed.

05

Reply handling and qualification

Every reply is read and checked against your ICP, timing, budget and role. Opt-outs are honoured across every campaign.

06

Meetings booked

A qualified prospect books into your calendar, and you get a short brief on the account before the call.

The timeline

From kick-off to first meetings

Live in about one week means setup, not meetings. Warm-up is what protects your domains.

  1. 1

    About one week

    Live

ICP workshop of about an hour, infrastructure build, copy written and approved.

  2. 2

    Four to six weeks

    Warm-up

New sending domains warm up before full volume, with sending ramped slowly.

  3. 3

    Typically weeks four to six

    First meetings

Qualified prospects begin booking into your calendar.

Deligatr standard timeline. Results depend on your market, your offer and what a customer is worth to you, and no outcome is guaranteed.

Your part is about an hour in the ICP workshop and approving the messaging. The wider system, including calls and LinkedIn, is on our B2B lead generation services page, and how managed outbound works walks through each stage.

The approach

Signal-led email, not a list blast

Signal-based outbound means reaching an account because something just happened that makes your offer relevant, instead of working a cold list in bulk.

List blast

Signal-led

Who gets an email

Everyone who fits a broad filter, whether or not anything has changed for them.

Accounts where something has just happened that makes your offer relevant: a new role, a funding round, a hiring push, a visit to your website.

What the message says

The same pitch to the whole list, with a merged first name.

A message that explains why you are getting in touch now, written by a person.

What happens on a reply

It lands in a shared inbox, if anyone is watching it.

It is read, qualified against your ICP, timing, budget and role, and then booked.

What it changes

Volume.

Relevance and timing, with fewer irrelevant touches. We make no claim about a reply-rate uplift, because we have no source we would stand behind.

Why timing matters

Most buyers have chosen a shortlist before they speak to anyone

95%

buy from their Day One shortlist

Signals come from your website visitors (where DeliChat is running and the visitor’s consent allows), recent company triggers our research pulls, and how prospects respond. Reaching an account at the right moment is the point. Read how signal-based outreach works.

Deliverability

Deliverability is the real work

An email nobody sees cannot earn a reply. Most of the effort in cold email goes into infrastructure, not copy.

Inbox placement

Authentication moves the needle

Fully authenticated means SPF, DKIM and DMARC together.

2.7 times

more likely to land in the inbox for fully authenticated domains than unauthenticated ones

Source: Saleshandy, analysis of 53.1 million cold emails, January to June 2026. A separate study of 4,406 inboxes by Warmup Inbox found domain age barely matters. We cannot promise inbox placement. Read the cold email deliverability data in full.

Sending ramp

A slow ramp, mailbox by mailbox

Planning ramp, shown at the midpoint of each range. Emails a day per mailbox.

5 to 10 a dayWeeks 1 to 2
20 to 30 a dayWeeks 3 to 4

Deligatr planning ramp. Google Workspace allows up to 2,000 messages per user per day, so cold senders stay far below the ceiling.

What we do about it

The unglamorous parts, done properly

  • Dedicated domains kept separate from your own, each with SPF, DKIM and DMARC
  • Four to six weeks of warm-up before full volume
  • Each mailbox kept well below the platform ceiling, ramped slowly and watched
  • Opt-out honoured in every sequence, with suppression lists maintained

Google’s bulk-sender rules for 5,000+ emails a day (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, a spam rate under 0.3%, one-click unsubscribe) set the standard we build to, whatever your volume.

Compliance

Cold email that follows the rules

B2B cold email is generally lawful when it is done properly. The rules differ by country, and we build the process around them.

United States

CAN-SPAM requires honest sender details and a working way to opt out.

$53,088

maximum civil penalty per non-compliant email (FTC)

United Kingdom and EU

B2B outreach to business contacts generally relies on legitimate interest under GDPR and, for email, the corporate-subscriber rules in PECR. Sole traders and some partnerships are treated as individuals.

Canada

CASL is stricter, with no general B2B carve-out. We treat Canadian contacts with extra care and tell you plainly where cold outreach is not appropriate.

In every sequence

The sender is clearly identified, every message carries a simple opt-out, and suppression lists are honoured. Data processing documentation is available on request.

The honest numbers

What cold email realistically delivers

Cold email is a numbers game with low reply rates. These are the figures we can source.

Belkins arithmetic

About 6,250 emails or fewer per booked appointment

A funnel, not to scale: the first stage is thousands of times wider than the last.

  1. Emails sent~6,250
  2. Reply rate0.45%

    Replies divided by emails sent

  3. Booked appointmentabout 1

Or fewer emails than that, by our arithmetic

Belkins, 7.5 million emails, 2025. The 6,250 figure is our arithmetic from the same data: about one appointment per 6,250 emails sent, or fewer.

Instantly Cold Email Benchmark Report, data 1 January to 18 December 2025.

Benchmarks disagree because they measure different things, so compare yourself with your own history, not with a different population. You are live in about one week, new domains warm up for four to six weeks and first meetings typically arrive in weeks four to six. Results depend on your market, your offer and what a customer is worth to you, and we do not guarantee a number of meetings. We do guarantee the work: a human approves every message before it sends, and copy and design are redone at no extra cost if they miss the agreed standard. The complete cold email operator’s guide covers the benchmarks in depth.

Pricing and options

One package, or run it yourself

There is no separate cold email price. Email is one channel of the managed Outbound package.

Done for you

Managed Outbound: $2,500 a month

Monthly billing, no long-term commitment. $6,000 per quarter or $18,000 per year when paid up front. Six months is what we recommend, never a requirement.

Email, calls and LinkedIn, coordinated and run by us, with meetings booked into your calendar. The same package is also described as appointment setting and an outsourced SDR, and you can add LinkedIn lead generation to the same programme.

See pricing for the Outbound package →
Do it yourself

DeliMail: $199 a month

For teams who want to run cold email in-house.

You get the software and run the programme: setup, warm-up, copywriting, monitoring and reply handling all land on you. New domains need the same four to six weeks of warm-up either way. It suits a team with someone who owns outbound day to day.

Who it is for

When managed cold email fits, and when it does not

It suits established B2B companies where one new customer, or a few repeat orders, pays back months of the service.

A good fit

  • A B2B business with a defined offer and a clear ideal client
  • One new customer, or a few repeat orders, pays for the month
  • A sales team able to take and run the meetings
  • You want the programme run for you, not another tool to manage

Browse the industries we work with:

Not the right fit

  • Consumer (B2C) products
  • A customer worth too little to repay the cost of winning one
  • Businesses with no clearly defined offer or audience
  • Teams that want guaranteed meeting numbers or high-volume list blasting
  • An audience that does not use or answer work email

If cold email is not right for you, we say so on the first call.

Common questions

Cold email agency, answered

What does a cold email agency actually do?+
A cold email agency runs cold email for you so your team does not have to. At Deligatr that means dedicated sending domains with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, four to six weeks of warm-up, list and signal research, sequences written by people and approved by you, reply handling and qualification, and qualified meetings booked into your calendar.
How is signal-led cold email different from sending to a list?+
Signal-led means reaching an account because something has just happened that makes your offer relevant, instead of working a cold list in bulk. We use first-party signals from your website visitors, trigger signals such as role changes, funding and hiring, and engagement signals from opens, clicks and replies. We do not claim a specific uplift in replies or meetings. What it changes is relevance and timing.
Will you send from my main domain, and will the emails land in spam?+
We never send cold email from your primary domain. We use dedicated outreach domains with SPF, DKIM and DMARC on every one, warmed for four to six weeks before full volume. We cannot promise inbox placement, but authentication and gradual warm-up are what we control: in Saleshandy’s analysis of 53.1 million cold emails (January to June 2026), fully authenticated domains (SPF, DKIM and DMARC together) were 2.7 times more likely to land in the inbox than unauthenticated ones.
How long until the first meetings?+
You are live in about one week, which means setup, not meetings: an ICP workshop of about an hour, the infrastructure build, and copy written and approved. New sending domains then warm up for four to six weeks, so first meetings typically arrive in weeks four to six. We do not promise meetings sooner than that.
How much does a cold email service cost?+
There is no separate cold email price. Cold email is one channel of the Outbound package, which is $2,500 a month on monthly billing with no long-term commitment, or $6,000 per quarter or $18,000 per year paid up front. The same package also covers calls and LinkedIn. Full detail is on the pricing page.
What reply rate should I expect?+
Lower than most vendor pages suggest. Belkins found a 0.45% reply rate across 7.5 million cold emails (2025), counted as replies divided by emails sent. That works out at about one booked appointment per 6,250 emails or fewer, by our arithmetic from the same data. Instantly reports a 3.43% average, counted as replies divided by emails sent, but that is its platform average from its own users’ campaigns, a self-selected population that is not like for like with Belkins’ 0.45% across 7.5 million emails. Your results depend on your market, your offer and what a customer is worth to you, and we tell you plainly what we would expect in your market on the discovery call.
Who writes the emails, and will they sound like AI?+
People write them. AI does the research and the heavy lifting at scale, while human writers produce every sequence around the trigger that prompted contact, and a human approves it before anything sends. You approve the messaging direction too.
Is cold email legal and compliant?+
B2B cold email is generally lawful in the US and much of Europe when it follows the rules: honest sender details, an opt-out in every sequence and suppression lists honoured. CAN-SPAM carries civil penalties of up to $53,088 per non-compliant email (FTC), PECR and GDPR apply in the UK and EU, and Canada’s CASL is stricter. Where website visitors are identified, that depends on the visitor’s jurisdiction and consent. This is general information, not legal advice.
Can I run cold email myself instead?+
Yes. DeliMail is our software for teams who want to run cold email themselves, at $199 a month. Setup, warm-up, copywriting, monitoring and reply handling all land on you, and new domains need the same four to six weeks of warm-up either way. It suits a team with someone who owns outbound day to day.
Do you only do email, or other channels too?+
Email is one channel of managed outbound. The Outbound package coordinates email with calls and LinkedIn, so a prospect who ignores an email may see a LinkedIn message or get a call, and nobody gets duplicate touches. It is the same package, at the same price, however you come to it.
